Product Exchange Policy (For Online Purchase)

At Newmew, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there might be instances when you need to exchange a product due to various reasons. We have outlined our Product Exchange Policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Products eligible for exchange must be processed within 5 days from delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Original packaging (labels, and accessories if any) must be intact and included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or any other verification medium) is required for all exchange requests.
  • The exchange will be valued in the billed amount.

Reasons for Exchange:

Defective or Damaged Product: If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it. 

Incorrect Product: In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered; we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.

Size or Color Issue: If the product size or colors do not match the description, Newmew will arrange for an exchange of the product.

Exchange Process:

To initiate the exchange process, Please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange request.
  2. Provide your order details, reason for exchange, and any relevant information.
  3. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping:

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For exchange due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for exchange.

If the product is approved for exchange, we will notify you via email or phone and proceed with the exchange process.

 

Product Availability:

If the same product is available in our inventory, we will arrange for a direct exchange. Customer Experience Dept. will place a new order on your behalf.

If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a choice between a similar product of equal value or a refund following our refund policy.

Refund Policy:

For exchange requests that cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the product or other reasons (except when the exchange is requested in “Change of Mind”), we will offer a refund according to our Refund Policy.
