Is the delivery free for all over Nepal?

Yes delivery is free all over Nepal.

Are the products delivered on all day of the week?

We deliver products only on business days, from Sunday to Friday.

When will I receive the product?

We will deliver products within 2 days from the order date inside Kathmandu Valley. However, outside Kathmandu Valley, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Exchange and Return

What is newmew exchange and return Policy ?

NewMew's exchange and return Policy allows for 5 days of exchange and return from the date of your purchase. For example, if you purchase your product on Jan 1st, you can exchange and return it until Jan 5th.

All products to be returned must be in their original form without any defects whatsoever. For instance, sunglasses must not contain any damages and must be returned intact with the box if provided.

You can only exchange products for different sizes.

How does NewMew exchange and return Policy work ?

NewMew's 5-day exchange and return policy allows you to exchange or return the product you've purchased. However, you must ensure that the state and condition of the item remain the same as at the time of purchase. You can try on the item, but handle it with special care.

Once you return the item to us, we will subject it to our quality check. If the item passes the test, we will refund the amount to you.

Please note that products sold through an offer with a discount of 30% or more cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Will there be extra charge for product I exchange?

No, there will be no extra charge.

Payment

What payment methods do we accept?

Currently, we accept only cash on delivery, esewa, and bank payments.

Cash on delivery services are available outside the valley in:-

Pre-payment services are required for other locations.

If located outside Kathmandu Valley, how do I pay for products?

You need to deposit the amount of the product to our bank account or esewa. After we verify the amount, we will dispatch your product to your location. Delivery time may range from 2 days or more.

Can items be purchased using a cheque?

No, we only accept cash in hand.
